All conference participants must complete the online registration form and pay the applicable registration fee through this website. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
We remind you that before registration you must submit a short abstract.
Early bird registration fee available until May 31, 2026
- The conference will be conducted in-person.
- At least one of the authors of the accepted abstract must register before August 01, 2026 (23:59 Moscow time PDT, UTC +3) and present a talk at the conference.
- Abstract without registration will not be included in the programme and the e-proceedings.

*Conference registration fees will be payable in Russian Rubles. Payments in any other currency will not be accepted. Secure on-line payment is available through the Conference website.
**The student rate applies to attendees currently enrolled at an institution of higher education. Verification of student status will be required at the Conference check-in.
***Sponsor representatives are required to complete a separate registration.

For the Late or Post payments, it is necessary to conclude an agreement or prepare a letter of guarantee before the event.
The following information applies:
Attendee substitutions may be made without cost penalty at any time up to the date of the start of the event.
Cancellation of registrations will be accepted if notice of cancellation is received at the ID at VNIIO and Conference Coordinate Committee in accordance with the dates specified below:
Cancellations received before May 31, 2026 an 80% refund will be issued
Cancellations received between June 15 and August 01, 2026: a refund of 50% will be issued.
Cancellations received after August 01, 2026: no refund will be issued.
