- At least one of the authors of the accepted abstract must register before August 25, 2024 (23:59 Moscow time PDT, UTC +3) and present a talk at the conference.
- Abstract without registration will not be included in the programme and the e-proceedings.

Payments in any other currency will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to process applications and complete documents within 5 working days.

For the Late or Post payments, it is necessary to conclude an agreement or prepare a letter of guarantee before the event.
The following information applies:
Attendee substitutions may be made without cost penalty at any time up to the date of the start of the event.
Cancellation of registrations will be accepted if notice of cancellation is received at the ID at VNIIO and Conference Coordinate Committee in accordance with the dates specified below:
Cancellations received before May 31, 2024 an 80% refund will be issued
Cancellations received between June 1 and July 30, 2024: a refund of 50% will be issued.
Cancellations received after July 30, 2024: no refund will be issued.

Any modifications, including cancellation, of a registration requires written notice that must be emailed (vniio_ic@mail.ru and gashydrate_conference@.mail.ru ) both to the International Department at VNIIOkeangeologia and Conference Coordinate Committee.
